Dr. Gerard Acloque Jr., MD, is an expert in wound care in Hollywood, FL.
He was born to Haitian immigrants in Newark, New Jersey, then raised in the South Florida area during the late ’80s. From an early age, Dr. Acloque recalls being drawn toward medicine. Raised with a traditional Caribbean-style upbringing based on a strong sense of family, he learned the value of hard work, tenacity, and perseverance to achieve whatever one wants out of life.
These qualities served him well as he made his way through many years of school and the winding road to becoming a physician.
